Thank you for supporting Vertical Art Dance! When placing your order, please remember that we are a small business! Your order will be fulfilled as quickly and accurately as possible. Unless otherwise noted on the product description, general Vertical Art Dance product orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing time does NOT include shipping time. Custom rigging orders and custom structures processing/turn-around time varies.

X-Pole & Lupit products do not fall under VAD general processing times. When ordering through VAD, your X-Pole/Lupit products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. X-Pole and Lupit products will be processed according to each companies current processing times. Processing times for X-Pole/Lupit change rapidly and frequently and sometimes could take up 90 days. Please refer to X-Pole/Lupit for their current processing time before placing an order with us.
