Design Deposits are Non-Refundable

This design deposit applies to a virtual design process which is collaborative and requires ongoing support from the client (collecting measurements, photos and other information about the space). *PLEASE INQUIRE IF YOU WOULD LIKE ON-SITE DESIGN SERVICES. Vertical Art Dance will handle every aspect of the design with in-person site-visits, measurements, etc. Fees will vary.

Payment is required prior to the start of a custom truss design phase. In the event that the customer decides to not complete the truss/studio design with VAD, the design deposit will not be refunded.

Design Deposits are based on your total project estimate:

• $1,000 for estimates $24,999 or less

• $2,500 for estimates $25,000-$74,999

• $5,000 for estimates $75,000 or more

Your design deposit will be applied to the final cost of your project.

FOR RUSH ORDERS (LESS THAN 8 WEEK TURN-AROUND)

Our typical turn-around for custom truss projects is a minimum of 8 weeks. For a quicker turn-around a RUSH FEE will be assessed based on your total project estimate. RUSH FEES are not a deposit and DO NOT APPLY towards the final cost of your project. They are an additional fee and also non-refundable.

• Estimates $24,999 or less: 5-7 wks./$1,000 RUSH FEE, 4 wks. or less/$2,000 RUSH FEE

• Estimates $25,000-$74,999: 5-7 wks./$2,500 RUSH FEE, 4 wks. or less/$5,000 RUSH FEE

• Estimates $75,000 or more: 5-7 wks./$5,000 RUSH FEE, 4 wks. or less/$10,000 RUSH FEE
